This premade candy filling makes chocolate making a breeze! This coconut candy filling is  great for molded candies as a semi-firm center.

For a firmer texture that can be rolled and dipped, add 1-4 tablespoons of Dry Fondant to create a more workable consistency. When following this step, centers can be scooped, rolled, and dip into melted chocolate or candy coating.

Use Cornstarch on hands if product is sticking.
