Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

  • Orders will be shipped Tuesday - Friday via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Parcel Service (USPS),
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out, our next business day. We are Closed on Sundays & Mondays.
  • We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
  • WE REFUND SHIPPING OVERAGES!
  • Chocolate and other temperature-sensitive items will be shipped at customers' risk during warmer months. We will notify you if heat may be an issue.
  • We do our best to pack orders carefully. Please notify us immediately of any shortage or damaged goods.

 

ORDERING:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refused once shipped.
  • Product pricing is billed at the prevailing price at the time of order.
  • We accept most forms of payment for internet orders.

 

BACKORDERS:

  • We assume no liability for items that become out of stock before your order is processed. We do our best to keep our website up to date on out-of-stock items.
  • We do not offer automatic backorders. Please notify us if you wish an item to be back-ordered.

 

RETURNS:

  • Returns are accepted, if in original packaging within 7 days, for merchandise credit only. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  • Edible items may not be returned.
