Petal Dust has a matte finish, great for realistic details on royal icing, fondant, and gumpaste flowers. It gives a deeper tone than a Luster Dust. Apply with a brush. It can be used dry or mixed with clear alcohol (Everclear, Vodka, Gin, etc.) for a more vibrant color. Mix with confectioners glaze when applying on chocolate.
