Paramount Crystals, 4oz
These crystals are used to aid in the melting of carob, chocolate and yogurt coatings. Paramount crystals help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds and also helps to thin out coatings for ease in dipping and coating. Add 1/4 cup of crystals per each pound of coating. Melt your chocolate and add a little at a time, stirring between each addition until the desired consistency is reached.

Paramount Crystals are used for making Chocolate melting wafers creamier and easier to work with. It is odorless and tasteless and will not alter flavor. It is also a great agent for thinning fondue and chocolate fountain melts.
