Mango Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of baked goods and other food applications requiring a water soluble flavor. This extract will add a fresh, ripe mango flavor to your products. We recommend using 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix, which is the equivalent to one teaspoon in your typical 3 cup cake or cookie recipe.

Mango Type, Natural Flavor Blend contains propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, water and natural flavor. This flavor is sugar and gluten-free.
