Champagne Type Extract, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of baking and other applications requiring a water soluble flavor. In your typical cake or cookie recipe we recommend using one teaspoon. Champagne Type Extract is often used in applications where a more sophisticated flavor than vanilla is desired. It is a one for one for one replacement for pure vanilla extract in most recipes and is a great tasting buttercream and frosting flavor.
Champagne Type Extract, Natural Flavor Blend contains: propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, water and natural flavor. This flavor is gluten and sugar free.
