This great tasting, clear, natural butter flavor can be used in any baking application. Heat stable, it has a well rounded, sweet, creamy profile perfect for cakes and cookies. Try using our Butter Type, Natural Flavor Blend in pancakes, waffles and low fat, low calorie applications where using real butter might be problematic. We recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix.
