Basil Natural Flavor, 2oz

Pure Basil Extract, Natural can be used in a wide variety of food applications requiring a water soluble flavor. Basil can be used in butter cream and compliments lemon, strawberry, coffee and chocolate flavored cake very nicely. In your typical 3 cup baking mix, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of your dry ingredients.

Pure Basil Extract, Natural contains ethyl alcohol, water and basil oil. This extract is sugar and gluten free.
